The engineering service of our company is more than just a simple machinery design and construction. We are partners for our customers from the contact at the beginning until the end of the guarantee period. The design and the documentation of our equipments are made with the most advanced design software and CAD programmes (AutoCAD, Solidworks, Catia V5, Eplan). . 

Beside the engineering design and manufacturing we undertake the design and production of pneumatic, hydraulic systems combining PLC and PC control system.

Most of the components built into the equipments are created by our own machines. Special technological implementations (heat treatment, surface treatment, grinding) are made by our partners.

Manufacturing, design

Our engineers are in daily contact with the customer from the evaluation of the customers’ needs and the consultation about the tasks to be solved until the completion. 

Service

Continuous and periodic servicing of machines and equipments.

Solving engineering, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical problems, well-planned preventive maintenance, modification of programmed processes.

Education

Trainings about pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical control technology and PLC programming organised at the customer location or in a training room.

Trade

The distribution of automation elements built into our equipments. Thousands of products can be found in our stocks in connection with pneumatics, hydraulics and electronics.

The process of designing and manufacturing

I. From the first contact to the contracting – The preparation

Our company places strong emphasis on establishing a good relationship with the costumer.

Points of the preparation:

• Making an offer
• Contracting

Our aim is to create a conditionality which comprises the customer’s accurate requirements, either as drafted or in spirit, in order to produce the equipment providing as much flexibility and additional functions as possible. The well-defined wording of tasks can prevent further modifications.

II. From the designing to the manufacturing – The implementation

After the  well-defined preparation phase, our company ensures to the customer  to monitor, on an ongoing basis, the ordered products during the:

• designing
• plan selection
• manufacturing of the equipment
• and during the assembling of the equipment.

Our customers are actively involved in plan selection where we analyse the plans made by our engineers acording to the following aspects:

• Meet the needs and demands
• Manageability
• Manufacturing dealine
• Cost
• Ex-post service/maintenance  

III. From the commissioning to the end of the guarantee period – The handover 

Because of the precisely agreed plans it can be assured that the customer can receive the product in time.

Continuous cooperation during the installation:

• Pre-acceptance test
• Handover – acceptance
• Maintenance advices, tasks completion
• Consultations about practical experiences
• Modification, if it is needed, itt he light of experiences

Servicing is the other main activity of the automation department .

This service covers the whole industrial automation. Our professional staff has significant experiences in pneumatics, hydraulics and electronics. These experiences are transferred to our other colleagues via trainings organised within the company ensuring with it the professional development beside outside trainings and courses. Within the framework of this service, we undertake the survey of the problem at a specified location in an arranged time and give a personalised offer about repairing according to the survey. We guarantee the repairing and the embedded components.

During servicing it can arise that the reparation of the equipment would not be economic as the original one because a more productive and reliable device would be needed. In these cases, our department do the transformation of the equipment with up-to-date elements of control technology. 

Education is also an integral part of our daily lives

The experience acquired is used not only in machinery design but we also transfer the knowledge. Within the framework of vocational training we are looking forward the applications from those students in secondary and higher education who wants to take the summer practice at our company. It is very important for us to give real work experiences to them beside the theoretical knowledge they gain from books during their studies and show them how to combine certain elements and create new functions with them. 

Beside student training, we undertake the training of adults according to a specific thematic where teaching is practice-oriented. 

Trade 

Significant part of trade elements and manufactured devices used for building-in into equipments are in stocks and we market them.

Main groups of our stocks:

• essential elements of linear technology (bearings, linear guides, ball screws)
• essential element of aluminium profile systems 
• pneumatic cylinder, valves, additional/complementary elements
• essential hydraulic elements, sealings
• mechanical and non-contact sensors (inductive, optical, capacitive)
• different types of PLC-s, servo systems

On the whole, it means a stock of several thousands of pieces. We undertake the daily 24 hours availability in case of continuously manufacturing companies. 

In case of specific components we offer substitute solutions to solve the problems quickly, even with a building-in. Temporarily, we can ensure a functionally appropriate replacement component until the arrival of the ordered product.
